Mithra's Chitra was founded by Sikand Srinivas with the goal of creating high quality children's books.  Sikand is also the Author and Illustrator of the works created here.  When he isn't making picture books, Sikand works as a character animator with over a decades worth of experience at acclaimed studios including Pixar, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Google Spotlight Stories, Animal Logic and more. He was notably nominated for an Annie Award and has worked alongside some of the world's best animation talent.
